However, despite these efforts, access to quality digital learning resources remains a challenge, particularly in underserved areas without reliable internet and electricity.

By integrating GCFLearnFree into our offline digital libraries, we ensure that learners in rural and underserved areas can access high-quality IT training without requiring an internet connection.
