Malombe Victor is an education technology consultant based in Kenya with technical and pedagogical experience in mobile learning for offline communities and blended learning. As a former education technologist at Strathmore University, Kenya for seven (7) years, he has executed and managed projects on the creation of interactive eLearning content, installation, configuration and implementation of open source learning management systems, library management systems and broad research in education technologies.

He is passionate about cyber-security and digital forensics, having trained through Master’s degree (Information Systems Security) and professional courses, and early Ph.D research in Computer Science with a research interest in Security Monitoring in Industrial Control Systems.

He is known for his creativity and multi-talented skills that have helped him develop and implement various solutions for both NGOs and Corporations. Titus currently resides in Barcelona, Spain.

Titus attended Moi University, where he obtained a degree in Informatics. He also holds various technical certifications, which include Web and Mobile applications development, ERP Implementation, Technical project management, and Quality assurance. These certifications have helped him excel in his career and remain relevant in the ever-changing technology world.

Gerald is an experienced IT professional with expertise in project management, software quality assurance, and software development. He has worked in various organizations and industries, including NGOs, software development companies, financial institutions, and consulting firms.
Gerald took his undergraduate degree in Moi University, where he took bachelor’s in computer science. He also attended Strathmore University to take master’s in information technology. He has also taken multiple certificates including Project management and UK & Ireland based International software Testing Qualification. He recently took part in a very complex training for Emergency Response with MSF (Médicos Sin Fronteras) in Barcelona, Spain Barcelona. The training has given him full understanding of handling complex IT Projects development and implementation in a complex context.
